CRA Claims

A claim is a way of announcing that something took place in a specific manner or could transpire in a particular method. Stating that something's accurate only because some people think it is may not be correct. If you filed your income tax return and they disallowed your claim then you have a right to claim to us:

  • Disability tax credit

  • Daycare in your home

  • Donation

  • Capital Cost Allowances

  • Employment expenses

  • Business operating expenses

  • GST/HST

  • Children or spouse amount

CRA Appeals

In order to get a reversal decision for a lower level government office or a lower court, an appeal in a form of application can be made for a higher degree government office or high court. Income-tax classification appeal departments and courts:

  • Notice of Assessment

  • Notice of Reassessment

  • Audit

  • CRA Appeal Division

  • Canada Tax Court

  • Federal Court of Appeal

  • Supreme Court of Canada
